Rajni teaches an Indian cooking series called "A Taste of India" at a variety of locations. The series includes beginner and advanced classes, where students learn to cook a variety of Indian dishes and learn about Indian culinary culture. Rajni contributes to the Cocktails and Cuisine column in the South Asian online magazine, ABCDLady Rajni has appeared in both print and and TV to teach her simple approach to cooking Indian cuisine.
